if i ran against the wind..
sighing as it hit my face..
would the wind take care of me..
when it's my time to chase..

and if the wind my guardian be..
would i twirl and dance like leaves..
or fly away and flee..

when darkness covers all before me..
and silence rules all space..
will my faithful guardian be mine no more..
and leave with an unuttered plea...


..a very very rough draft...i just typed it this minute..but the winds been on my mind..i feel a story coming on...lol..
